DB, I think this is one of your best posts! Thank you, thank you, for all your hard work in putting it together.
I know you well enough to know that you didn't just pound it out on the keyboard... it took a long time to write and word it in a way that would be helpful... to US.

And for those who do not understand why the selling/dilution.... I don't think I've heard DB say this so clearly before.

The selling, in the big case, is a contingency, in my belief.

This is what I believe as well. It certainly makes sense, given all the other AMAZING WINS we've had over the past year or so, and the addition of Ray Leon.
If I were one of those big companies being sued and I saw a nice pot of money being piled up to fight the longer trial battle, I might think twice about threatening to take it that far. Either way... I wonder who might be doing all the buying?!!

TraderKing posted back on March 9th a summary of Ray Leon's background.
Sure looks like he has a lot of international negotiation experience.
Who knows whether being fluent in Spanish is helpful in our case. Interesting.
