Of course they can include a share cancellation, unfortunately share cancellation is only an option when the shares are truly worthless. On another note....And the nneeewww......shares upon relisting...back royalties....New Money....e reorganization.....

Relisting of voluntarily delisted stocks: Such shares will have to wait five years from their delisting date to get relisted again. I guess the 5year plan makes sense, and it began on the date of delisting 11/2019
