Anti-pathogenic face masks, filters, wound care, coatings.

Develop new products with anti-pathogenic properties, including inactivation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, utilizing our silicon nitride technology. We have conducted multiple tests over the last nine years which have identified and verified the antipathogenic properties of our silicon nitride powders, fully dense components, and silicon nitride-containing composites. Our research has explored the fundamental mechanisms responsible for these antipathogenic properties with the objective of developing commercial products and revenue from them. We have several partnerships exploring opportunities in face masks, filters, wound care, and coatings.

Covid hasnt gone away and there will be more pandemics to come. Current major concern seems to be bird flu which is a single stranded RNA virus that Si3N4 should kill just like it does COVID.
One particular partnership I think they have is with Solventum where Zimmer Biomets former CEO Bryan Hanson went. 3M was named dropped alot back in 2020 by bashers interestingly enough, including Madg. I didnt see any evidence of 3M connection outside of one of Zimmer Biomets board members is from Thermal Fisher which has ties to 3M. However once Hanson became CEO of Solventum, that became your tie between Sintx and Solventum (3M medical spin-off).

In regards to dilution and RS, Sonny has to raise funds to keep R&D going. If Sintx was properly valued (232+m) the whole evisceration thing would not happen. Shareholders can participate in Shareholder Rights offerings to help protect from this. In fact last i checked, those Series B preferred from the 2020 rights offering ballooned to over 1m shares from the 20k they converted to pre 2022 RS. After this next RS, that'll reset again but increase with new offerings.

SINT cannot be properly valued with the abusive shorting and naked shorting that goes on here; 85% of the shares traded are trading via darkpool, under 1% is retail. Funds are naked shorting those runs that prevents them from going higher than shaking the shares out of buyers to cover when they dont have offerings to use as cover. The chart TA posts over on ST shows clear evidence of excessive naked shorting. 50% drops in stockprice before offerings close and then 50% drops post offering with nothing but positive news coming from the company is the reason people get eviscerated. Theres a clue in why this accelerated naked shorting happened but its hard to understand without the bigger picture. It suggests funds were in a hurry.

However, silicon nitride is the nearest to commercialization, through businesses such as Amedica Corp. and SyntX Technologies

Im guessing the authors meant Sintx Technologies. Amedica being the companies former name before the name was sold to CTL.
