I guess this happens when there is almost no info from the CEO.

SFLM doesn't have a real functioning business or a online presence yet, plus I would think lifting the SEC restriction on issuing/selling new shares or getting funding would be the most pressing issue for MacKay - not changing the company name right now.

But since he's being so tight-lipped, some shareholders out of frustration are posting wild speculation that isn't constructive at all.

MacKay has more important things to take care of right now than a name change.

I'll just patiently hold my shares and wait.

Belly aching and conspiracy theories doesn't accomolish anything or help anyone.

GVSI is delinquent with the SEC, is not SEC registered and reporting, has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, has a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
