the name change would have been announced and done with already I think ????
why would the FEDS let LADIN who they know was a crook keep a public traded COMPANY name to be used by a private {LADINS} company ????
so now are we all invested in a no name company or are we invested in ladins Ebay company ???? and I pretty sue changing a letter wont get it legally for both to use the same name now going in on a year or more with one guy selling EBAY and making profit and the other guy who has thousands of public share holders in the company ????
its just all bad and I have a bag full for some years now so I very skeptical since this company has had a lot of shaky crooked CEOs and associates in the past years
