PB , In my opinion You know as well as I do Miro does not want to do that. He needs access to the shares so he can issue more to himself, family and friends. Look how often Kathryn and he himself said he was out at HIRU and then there he is on the financials, plus the dumping back in 2022 plus the purchasing of SPQS water machinery, It's just how it is run. All shareholders do with MMG stocks is wait for the next big pump. These little ones with these nothing companies will not fill his coffers. Its when he washes and cleans the soon to be HIRU shell and turns it loose again that the big pump will come in. The amazing thing here is NOBODY and I MEAN NOBODY knew who really owned HIRU while Kathryn was the Controlling shareholder. Even HL thought it was her, The joke was on everyone including myself when MMG just took it back, think of that they just swooped in and took a $20 million company away with no legal fight. Shows how deep the scam runs in my opinion.
