Exactly how does Park's Qatar/LNG deal result in EB-5 investments and jobs HERE in the US??? That's the ONLY purpose of the EB-5 program administered by the "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services."

Logic tells me Qatar would be looking export LNG anywhere BUT the US where we have so much we have to set it on fire (flare it) to get rid of it!
