The issue of assets should be of primary concern to anyone. Pro or Con. Not reporting assets from the merged in company is more than just a big red flag. I believe it is outright fraud. Also Park never divulged that another deal was cancelled months ago but was never reported. Even the OTC requires material events be published. Will be sending in my concerns to the OTCM also.
