All I know is the offering for shares at 2.5 cents is laughable.

However, what's more interesting is that it's not Jeffry Williams first rodeo!

It is interesting to do an offering at that price but also intriguing as I assume they may have something to drive the share price there.

Having watched this company for over three years and the management style (No P&D) against what they have done in the last two years would support that something is in the wind. JMHO. Longs back this position up based on the updated financials and the new product offerings. In time we will understand who gets the last laugh.

A wise investor understands that in order to raise $10M at 5xs the support will need to show support at well over a nickel. Especially, when there is no price support below a penny. The ONLY way this offering happens is with the company showing a SIGNED purchase order. However, by the time that happens, one will likely be chasing the stock.
