TThank you, Tommy, for having balls to speak up. It takes courage to speak the truth....It takes zero effort to kiss ass.
Btw, how come nobody has responded to Tommy??

It’s bad enough this trash team ‘ALWAYS’ keep us in the dark and miss every timeline but what about them doing things they can control? Again, I ask why are we not using social media to promote NioCorp?? Is this method beneath Jim sims?? Does he believe miraculously people will find out about us through thin air??? I cannot name a company in the entire world that has a PR/communication officer who does not utilize social media on the daily?? So, I must ask does this team really have our best interest at heart? Do you think this team is doing enough to promote our company?? Has this team lived up to its fiduciary duty?

"Under US law, corporate directors have a fiduciary duty to make decisions in the “best interests” of the company, which is often interpreted as maximizing shareholder return. Directors are often advised that pursuing mission at the expense of shareholder return risks litigation and perhaps even personal liability."

This is a great article about mark. https://www.mining.com/molycorp-shares-dive-as-ceo-quits-and-firm-faces-investigation-33993/
"Company’s president and chief executive, Mark Smith, left without explanation and the company revealed it was under investigation from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)."
