Well, I think there is a difference between an MOU and LOI, right? And, yes I believe they will have to file the document. I also hope that share structure is updated by next week on OTC so we know where everything is at currently. I know sometimes, if not many, news or social media messages will come out just before actual filing or the filing is on it's way.
