Why did Sharp say he wasn't going to file a Form 10 until late in the first quarter of 2025.

It is obvious that FINRA won't process any Corporate Actions with GVSI.

GVSI was asking GVSI years for financial information that Sharp can't provide. FINRA and the SEC do this in comments when they are never going process a Form 10 or S-1.

GVSI is finished but Sharp is still operating it as his personal ATM as long as OTC believe it holds great value in the future.

Don't worry about the desperation attacks - it is from those that invested more than it could afford to lose. The pumpers never provide any dl facts or DD.
