All arguments are basically meaningless based on the facts some have posted.
Sharp tried to screw Calisse.
Court gave shares back.
George claimed he had a merger,
Almost everyone blamed Calisse for the failed merger,

Now it takes only 1/2 of a brain cell to realize that if there was such a great merger lined up, GS would have settled and the merger would have happened!
