SNOPYSIS OF THE SHAREHOLDERS MEETING:

IMO Michaels looked like he was DRUNK and DRUGGED! His speech was slurred, and he talked very slowly in a monotone voice. His eyes looked beady.

Over ½ the meeting was horrible RAP Music with LOW BUDGET VIDEOS in between his LIES. .......IT APPEARED TO BE A PITCH DECK!

Michaels took NO QUESTIONS! I believe the entire meeting was PRE-RECORDED!

Michaels admitted “They are UNDER-CAPATILIZED. No one will ever fund a CONVICTED FELON!

Michaels admitted “They DO NOT have any MUSIC RIGHTS” and that is the main reason they have not launched. ALL BULLSHIT, they will NEVER GET MUSIC RIGHTS!

Michaels LIED and said "the State of Nevada double dipped on charging him over a year and a half ago on his credit card" and he disputed the charge, and that’s why they have been on Admin Hold. He claims he did not know about the ADMIN HOLD until just now when he went to file the latest filings. That is TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!
I PERSOANLLY DO NOT BELIEVE MICHAELS EVEN HAS A CREDIT CARD IS HIS NAME. HE HAS SO MANY JUDGEMENTS AGAINST HIM THAT HE CANNOT GET CREDIT!!!! I guarantee you he cannot show proof of THIS LIE!

I HAVE PERSONALLY HEARD THE DOUBLE DIP CHARGE STORY ON OTHER SHIT OVER THE YEARS…..IT’S AN OLD BULLSHIT LIE!!!

Michaels claims several HPNN Exec’s “were in other meetings and could not make the shareholders meeting. THAT IS ALSO TOTAL BULLSHIT!!

Michaels claims they “changed technology and that was another reason they have not launched”. THAT IS TOTAL BULLSHIT…….just more carrots and string-along excuses!

THERE IS NO LAUNCH DATE!!!! MICHAELS NEVER GAVE A LAUNCH DATE AND WAS VERY VAGUE THE WAY HE BROUGHT THIS UP.

There will NEVER be a launch date as Michaels will go another 4 years with excuses while he DUMPS MORE STOCK ON ILL-INFORMED INVESTORS!
