Jerry A Grisaffi, Chairman and CEO of RTON stated, "Ron McCormick's background is extensive in the health and wellness and fitness world. Starting with opening and operating several nutrition stores featuring juice bars in 1994 and the Pureformance Training Center in Las Vegas, which was established in 2007. This facility has provided health, wellness and strength training for world-class athletes and fighters in boxing and MMA. The company plans to open a stand-alone med center in Dallas and is actively looking for its first location. The plan is to have all Endo Dispensaries and Wellness stores set up with their own telemedicine portal to facilitate sales of our wellness products to the masses. This move will add additional revenue to each location. We will be offering peptides like Ozempic, Monjouro, weight loss, testosterone, other peptides, NAD+, sexual health and RNA messaging."

McCormick stated, "I am very excited about this project due to the rates of obesity being so high and the serious health conditions associated with it. These serious health conditions can be greatly mediated by proper education at the retail establishments provided by thoroughly trained individuals helping the public directly. Having our telehealth/telemedicine doctors available to distribute products that are the most successful products to date for curing serious mainstream pandemic levels of obesity, diabetes, and many more serious conditions that my doctor friends and I have been dealing with the last 35 years. There is so much new information and technology that is available which we will be sure to expose as much of the population to as we can through stores, social media, direct marketing, shows at doctor offices and clinics nationally then internationally where needed. The Company has several more Endo Dispensary and Wellness stores in the works and remains on track to have 25 operating stores by the end of 2024. These stores will be a combination of corporate owned and franchise locations.
