So basically, the last three official news releases from this ticker have been 2 notices of late filings and one telling its investors that it failed to pay timely taxes.
But, don't worry...we have the pumpers telling everyone to "move along...nothing to see here!"
Now...it's still a waiting game because this ticker can't fulfill it's requirements in a timely manner.
