A certified accounting firm would not have signed off on their financials, DTC would never consider removing the chill, the OTC would not remove the Yield Sign, TDAmeritrade would laugh in their faces if they came in with fake financials, and they got the CEX approved in multiple countries. Yes, this time it is for real.
