It's my opinion that MacKay might be waiting on his request to get the SEC restriction on issuing new shares lifted (which was all the ex-CEO Ladin's doing) from what I've read.

Does anyone know how long the restriction will last if MacKay can't get the restriction lifted?

GVSI is delinquent with the SEC, is not SEC registered and reporting, has a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, has a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and is in violation of FINRA Rule 6490.
