I hope no one took this advice. This dude is a bear. He stated “Amateurs” have to buy at the bottom and sell at the top. That’s not true. ALL investors want to buy at the bottom and sell at the top. Everyone should have a plan when investing. Everyone has an exit point. Take a look at DCSPKA’s history. Why is he trying to buy ICNM at .0003? Is he/she trying to buy at the lowest price possible? His/her history will tell everything. Pay attention!
