Hey you finally read the last 8k!! Those contracts are long since dead bud. Back in 2018 FKA BioAmber was liquidated of all of its assets, let all of the employees go and then the BOD resigned and it was shut down there was no one left to fulfill said contracts and no assets to do it with.
Come on bro at least put in a bit of effort instead of copy and pasting crap from a document that proves you wrong lol
