The fact they gave CDers 500-1 convertible preferreds is ludicrous...the value of those is stunning...they are not buying those back...appears if there are buying nothing back anyway...

But for a point of reference, take talgat ilyasov who has 800k Pref c which converts to 400,000,000...and dude still has $2.5 million in debt notes
