The first quarter of 2024 showed tremendous growth from Branded Legacy Inc. We increased
revenue from all activities, increased assets, expanded operations, and provided gains for our
shareholders...

... Our share buyback program will commence next week, and will serve to add stability to our
share price as well as encourage confidence amongst our shareholders. We have allocated
$150,000 to purchase common/retail shares throughout 2024. After recently confirming our
intentions to maintain the current authorized share count, as well as guaranteeing no reverse
splits unless necessary for uplisting, we expect 2024 to be defined by revenue production and
profitability.
