Step by step There are various places where quarterly reports can be found. I guess that this one cannot be found in several of them because of its inferior nature. I forgot to check OTC Markets and found it there. Based on the information there it would be natural to expect the pps to its level because its run: $ 0.0001. Assets are almost non-existent and revenues are non-existent as far as I remember. I have hardly even seen such a big gulf between public releases and what is filed. What is filed looks credible to me. The loss during the quarter was about $ 600,000. Net assets are clearly negative after the loss. The quarterly report suggests to me that all the information coming from the company has been very misleading the way I see it.
