I've been trying to figure out the advantage of pushing this down. Take a look at the events - PPS was rising into 5's,6's when convertibles were due and he made a backroom promise to postpone for a year and slowly climbs to 14/15 - does a little pullback and the wham, he yanks the chair out from underneath with the RS announcement attached to what could have been a great catalyst (annuals). For some reason HE wanted this to drop , I too have been scratching my head, but no wire brush!
