Noted the sad passing of David Sanborn on May 12th. He played on so many notable hit songs like Young Americans, Thunder Road, One of These Nights and many more. Recorded 25 of his own albums either as ensemble leader or member. I remember his innovative late night show, Night Music which was a treasure chest of superb live performances...heavy on the jazz.
