I do personally know one of the contractors upstanding guy got a signed contract with money up front the rest due on completion of job. When he completed and tried to collect he was told sue me which he did spent 20k received 50k of the 100k for a loss of 70 k he also knew many of the other contractors who also lost . PS the contractor I know was only in 1 lawsuit in 30 years guess which one
