I asked you to show me Meaningful Dilution during JK’s Tenure… what do you send me… a bunch of transactions that happened in 2019 when it was PVDG and then some in 2020 that were for the Financing and Acquisitions during the PVDG tenure LOL!!!!

… and some issued to JK only a small about of shares for salary and operations when there isn’t income yet.
This is absolutely NORMAL, how else are they suppose to keep operations going.

Considering the OS is 2.8B (which has been proven to be average for OTC) your amounts (corrected or not) do not show any meaningful dilution… so.. you are wrong again! Lol.
