Effective May 28, 2024, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has shortened the standard settlement cycle for most broker-dealer securities transactions. As such, when selling securities, you will receive the proceeds in your account one business day earlier and when purchasing securities, you will pay for them one business day earlier. For your reference, the details of this impending change are outlined below. Please note that no action is required on your part for implementation.
