The parent is spinning off STARZ, who has an 8 Million dollar deal with $SAPX , into the new Nasdaq Ticker $LION, so the SAPX 8 million dollar is now moving to $LION that will, or does now own STARZ, (the merger may be done as of today, such that SRAZ is part of $LION.)
