The $300,000 in assets i think they will never actually see or get any of the money. It should be wiped of the books just like Genesis was rescinded

I believe it is on the books because:

SMC receives $300,000 from Genesis; $50,000 upon Agreement execution and $250,000 within sixty (60) days thereafter
