there 3 reason a drug is not FDA approved
1. the drug doesn't work..not efficacy
2. the side effect is death like the mRNA vaccines not worth risk, the risk of the drug is worse than the disease itself
3. Not enough data or patients sampling over a 5 year time period not enough data
