Looks like Parkinson broke the law again in the "Quarterly Reportr" in item 7A, Legal / Disciplinary History. That section requires disclosure of any disciplinary order entered against a company official in the last 10 years, by failing to mention the Order from the Arkansas Securities Department, a state securities regulator, that filed a disciplinary order in 2019 against Parkinson and Hannover House that was never reversed, suspended or vacated.
Parkinson lied when he put "NOT APPLICABLE" under Section 7 (A ) (3)
