The Annual Report says it otherwise, it doesn't anticipate an RS!! Read below from the Report:

List any stock split, stock dividend, recapitalization, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or reorganization either currently anticipated or that
occurred within the past 12 months:
In November 2023, the Company rescinded its agreements with Consolidated, Global and Tahoe and dissolved Houdini
Group, in connection with a change in control of the Company.

The way I read the above about an RS is this: not happening tomorrow or day after tomorrow or next week or in short term. Who knows what happens down the road in the long term. imo of course.
