If this implodes I won't be a bit surprised if Park claims the auditor uncovered misdeeds by previous management and blames the failure on them. I also wouldn't be surprised if before such an announcement he will have yet another burned out ticker lined up to move his 'empire' to.

SPZI's "Company Profile" lists "3 employees as of 12/1/2023. That was a week before the company announced Park was moving in. Paul Strickland was CEO at that time. So who are the other two ''mystery employees?" As previously reported disbarred lawyer, convicted fraudster, ex-con Randall Goulding filed documents with the SOS on behalf of Park after his arrival. Goulding did so despite being banished/ permanently barred by the SEC from having ANYTHING to do with managing or assisting ANY publicly traded stock.
