8:15 - 12:00 min mark,(but watch the whole thing to the end) Mark verbalizes both Anchor Investor and Cornerstone Investor with EXIM Bank and Stellantis.

Can someone tell me what Cornerstone and Anchor refer to, or are they the same thing. Is it a term describing the Interest's/synergy of the investor? Or is it describing the functionality regarding the point at which our project has requirements?

I thought Anchor and Cornerstone were different but similar. Mark speaks like EXIM and Stellantis are these two entity/functions.

(Anchor/ Cornerstone/ Consignor) for a consignee?
