I'll help.
I'm in Central time too. I was up around 8am and canceled all my old sell orders with IGPK.
About the open, 8:30 our time, it was nothing but a log jam on the site. Nothing worked snd no way in hell would I ever call.
About 1p our time, I logged out and back in and it worked perfectly.
It can happen with any broker. We may never know what caused it.

FWIW, Schwab won't let you transfer micro caps over like Big Board stocks. You will have to sell your OTC stocks into the open market, wait for funds to clear, then wire transfer into your Schwab account, then wait for those funds to clear to rebuy.
It's a major screw job and time suck.
I've done it, or lived it. Lucky for me I had the funds to cover each transfer. I just bought in ETrade the shares I put up for sale on TDA.
I did each trade between the spread with AON orders. My stocks were low to no volume rehab custodial shells so it was a breeze. About 3 dozen shells..
I actually made a little cash that paid the commissions. Now my dead shells are still stuck with TDA to this day.

Etrade allows buys in Pink Limited. So not sure how long the TDA/schwab/Fidelity will allow that.
