I think we are close also to the recurring revenue but not until 4th quarter per the last post. I also think the wells would be the last piece installed. You would have the servers and other pieces completed so when you went to the off shore wells to install that piece, you would be ready to check the system out. Why install offshore then have to wait until other parts are completed and then have to go back out there.

I am guessing Pemex wants this running to improve efficiencies.

I am also guessing this is a fairly large job, bringing all the project together.
