There are 70 pages in this counterclaim plus exhibits way to much to copy/paste. If anyone wants to see the whole document I can upload it for download but I suspect this has been shared before. After the counterclaim, the case was settled out of court.

Putting it back up in its entirety sure won't hurt - I've got a file "open" and "line to the SEC" I'm working (and one to another investigative agency) and that case in particular is very key to just one line/angle of attack being pursued to give The SEC the fast-read and Reader's Digest version of WTF appears to be the exact hustle that's taken/taking place here.

Having direct links just helps me give any SEC attorney or similar investigator a quick-read point to do a quick-review w/o a lot of leg work.

I mean, they ARE THE FEDS and sure as heck can/will access and compile all these lawsuits etc - BUT on the front-end when "building the case" for what is typically a "WELLS NOTICE" aka "WE THE SEC HAVE PRESENTED A PACKAGE TO A Sr REVIEW BOARD AND ARE NOW GREEN LIGHTED TO MOVE INTO A FULL FORMAL INVESTIGATION" - blah blah, tighter, faster, quicker "reads" and bullet point summaries helps bring their investigator/attorney teams rapidly up to speed and light-up their interest to "take the case" and start dog hunting it.

I used to put together these types of "briefs" for narcotics and "other" types of criminal investigations and investigators - people "assume" like:
"Heck man, they must totally get it and fully know all the details, I mean look, it's so freaking obvious this person, this house, these gang members are slinging street dope in big quantities" blah blah blah.

Those investigator teams and folks - they have like a 1,000 of those "tips" and leads and lines of obvious "crime" landing on their desks every freaking month or even week in a big sized city - you gotta make YOUR CASE or YOUR ISSUE standout and look "HOT" to get um to move you up the stack.

My personal "hot" button when dealing with dirt bags we wanted to get cleaned out of an area - GUNS, always find the dude with a gun and the police or even state level agency takes it waaaaay more serious and moves it up... fast like. Find the dude posing with the AR15 assault rifle on his social media and happens to be a prior convicted felon - he gets SPOT NUMERU UNO in most states.

Police don't want to face the business end of a high powered killing weapon - being toted by some nut job who's got a prior felony for say beating women assault and battery w/ kidnapping tacked on as he also held her and the parents against their will as he beat the shit out of them, and maybe toss in a resisting charge or two and toss in say burglary and grand theft etc.

That is an exact profile of a guy I remember well - the idiot was posing not only with the AR15 (I even remember it was a Springfield Armory "Saint AR" - very popular model of that weapon and distinct as there's usually a red band/logo on the barrel end area which caught my eye the instant I saw it - thus 100% it ain't a air gun or toy gun etc) BUT THEN this idiot, he started filming and posting short video clips aka selfie shit and aimed the camera so not only did you see his dumb sorry ass face.....BUT 50 plus baggies of pre-packaged street narcotic AND then for a bonus in another video clip (this is typically Instagram bullshit w/ these fools) he holds up some black tar heroin in front of his face while filming LOL !!

YES - they really are that stupid in this world - that SOB, they had a warrant signed by a judge in a few days, set the guy up and then raided the residence and found weapons, a shit ton of narcotics, cash by the suitcase full, burner phones, the whole shebang. He went to state prison for 3 to 5 if I remember correctly, for that lil pony ride.

IF it had merely been a video of the idiot with the 50, or even 100 pre-weighed street bindles of meth, heroin etc - NOT even close to top of the stack as those dudes are "out there" by the 100's if not thousands, every city, every day, 24/7 and 365. The AR15, the BIG GUN moved him top of the stack ASAP - works every time.

Moral of the story - GOTTA MAKE THE Jake P. Noch "case file" as smoking hot as refined Plutonium and "well presented" as I, ME, I want this ass hat MOVED UP TO TOP OF STACK and ASAP !!!
