Now that I read it again.... and to play devils advocate, it reads... "non dilutive financing DISCUSSIONS". That doesn't mean they committed to stop the dilution. Believe me, I don't like the dilution either. I'm just trying to understand it and figure it out. I can't believe that he is lining his own pockets with the proceeds, but he needs to explain it and tell us what he is doing with the money. AND... post the PR!
