*sigh* 🤡 KKR is beyond not paying anyone, they had no involvement with former BioAmber - 100% certainty.
LCY Biosciences is not paying shareholders, the process is completed and they already own all assets of the former company.
In case you forgot, creditor's are still impaired in the amount of +$101,000,000 plus and there is no money to pay them and one to pay them.
They would be paid first, shareholders (equity holders) are last in line, to point out the obvious.

You had a window directly to the court during the proceeding - ended almost 6 years ago.
I'd like to see you try to get that lawsuit going, good luck.
