It's not "scare" tactics.

It's a sub penny pinkie with no relevant hype on the immediate horizon. Maybe ole Dave puts something out for you about a kava contract in a month, but a month is an eternity in OTC. The trade was to buy teens and sell on the way up to .006. The next trade will likely be to buy .0018 - .0022 and play the next pump.

The chartists and weak hands / scare tactics / MM's playing games squealing baggies give me a good laugh, though.
