It's not just in the sewer and has a pps that's in the cellar as it has in the past, it's a half inch away from BANKRUPTCY where all shares become 100% invalid and no longer tradable.. InnerSCAM is going to owe millions in settlements plus legal fees and those settlements are never going away.

This is no longer "just wait it out" and a run will happen.
