You’ll be in tall cotton then. Congratulations. While this should be a better 10Q, the promise was made that by 2nd quarter was their determination for profitability. Then again, increased sales with increased gross profit percentage may shorten the time it takes for at least break even.

What has concerned me and kept my buying in check is the huge R & D expenses as well as the marketing expenses. I don’t know why KULR can’t/hasn’t charged customers for the Engineering expenses required to come up with solutions for specific customer problems. As far as marketing expenses, we should be known by now as a company that provides solutions for electrification and vibration problems. Therefore I’m hoping for big reductions in those expenses.

Of another concern is why the G.P. is this low for a manufacturer of proprietary products/solutions. While we have competition, I don’t think others have our capabilities or pedigree. That being said, I’m excited that we’re about to turn the corner on profitability and that we’re certainly growing our customer base.
