The funniest part is that since the beginning of January Spooz is selling chicken feet and sugar contracts and doing it with no capital.

Then Park said that Spooz was in the. Blockchain and AI business.

Now Spooz is in the energy sector after acquiring 51% of PEC which Park stated had a valuation of $24 Million - where did Park obtain $12 Million in capital to acquire PEC?

If it was a all stock transaction Park would have to issue 975,609,756 shares of Spooz and no real company would ever do that deal.

What happened to the name and ticker change - that is the easiest Corporate Action Request for FINRA to process.

Here is the problem - Park hasn't filed a 15c.
