IART

I think the market is clearly asking them to fix something. Show us your competent, before we think about giving you a PE. The things for them to do before they get a full valuation.

1) Fix the integra skin unit, this is not a Boston issue, this is not a demand issue, this is them not simply being prepared to meet demand. Which is another problem this quarter and ongoing not named the boston issue, thought they would be further along on fixing that as well, although they seemed confident they would fix it in the 2nd half. Lets see them do it.

2) Stop lowering guidance, no excuses anymore with boston, can you run the rest of the business right.

3) Start showing growth, which will happen naturally in the 2nd half as we start lapping Boston, but at this words are cheap people need to see the actual numbers before they get rewards.

They do all these things year from now I think there will be a $5 in the first digit, now admittingly it would of been a $6 if Boston was working out. Clearly it hasn't, but although I think the market reaction was a overshoot, the market often does this, we shouldn't be surpised by this. And this is a bit of a momentum based market more than ever, which lets stock run further than they probably should (Like SMCI for example earlier this year), and lets stocks get hammered more than they deserve to be. I believe IART will execute, but I can't have my head in the sand either management has taken a hit here with the boston stuff, there is no way to sugercoat this disaster. I think they will figure it out, and we will be rewarded but time will tell, and the important part you should realize is it is gonna take time and hitting some of the things I said above before the stock grows out of this absurdly low pe there gonna have to earn it, and not with words, but actual numbers. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
