What benefit is it to them to take over a ticker and not file, old wise one?

Last I check putting a form 10 together for a 12 year period is not cheap.

I sure BF Borgers didn't screw them for free.

You would have to sell a lot of shares to afford that expense.

Oh, that right they can't sell to US investors..
