Execs of PURA, ALYI and PJET got sued by the SEC in the Northern District of Texas late last year, and I believe the suit is ongoing. Worth a read as it evidences what these guys did in issuing over 1400 false/misleading News Releases and arranging outrageous business consulting deals when in fact nothing of the sort was occuring except the issuance stock sold into the market. What a racket and crime.
I am surprised PAOG was not included as it had a "DEAL" with PURA where it would receive for 1.5 billion shares of PAOG a Texas Cannabis property. This deal was "terminated" supposedly bc there was damage to the property bc of the Texas weather.
The latest Quarterly of PAOG talks about a PHASE 1 COPD trial! This is in fact an old recycled release of PAOG of several yrs ago as is the claim of a new business purpose of LIFESTYLE HEALTH for its current business model. This too is a rehash of a former claimed business endeavor.
Yet, someone is supporting the bid of .0005...on to the next scheme!
