I compared the annual reports side-by-side and the only differences I found were:

* in the second annual report (first amended report) he added the lawyer name & address on page 13 (it was blank) and changed the signature date.

* the third annual report (most recent) corrects two typos in the lawyer's name & address on page 13 -- a couple of missing spaces:

Name: LASH WILCOX & GRACEPL
Address 1: 2202WEST SHORE BLVD.,STE.200
Address 2: TAMPA, FL33607

corrected to:

Name: LASH WILCOX & GRACE PL
Address 1: 2202 WEST SHORE BLVD., STE.200
Address 2: TAMPA, FL33607

There's still a missing space between FL and 33607 but please nobody tell him.
