I'm thinking these are old diluted CD shares.
Converted notes the New Co got stuck with after the R/M.,
They knew the shell had these fleas and why they were practically given the shell for free.

I don't think Tekumo created this debt. They just own it via R/M.
I could be wrong, but since they showed up, reducing this debt has been their updates.

I'd love to know where this original $ went.
We see that debt being sold to us everyday.
