George could easily walk away from this one as none of his cronies have anything owed to them here. He would lose what he put in, but would he really lose?
George could dump the shell, give the controlling A share to the new owner and cash in his 5 million Preferred B shares at 10,000 to 1! Even@.0001 that would be $5 million!
